To be eligible for the Hope Fund Scholarship Program You Must be:
- Legal resident of the West Bank, East Jerusalem, or Gaza Strip. Or a registered Palestinian refugee outside the Palestinian territories.
- Come from a socio economically disadvantaged background
- Currently in the 11 or 12th grade and have grade average of 90% or better
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Must not be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
The application process consists of two main procedures: The online form and the supporting documents. Please be sure to completely and accuratley fill the online form, as well as send all the supporting documents by following the Upload page.
